Suds City Albury owners and operators Nick and Kia Crowe have come across the Border to open a second car wash in Wodonga.
Located behind the 7-Eleven in Anzac Parade, the business is up and running and boasts four self-service and two state-of-the art automatic bays that are Australian built and designed.
The couple, who have a two-year-old daughter and a 6-month-old daughter, bought the Albury operation from Kia’s father, Rob Belsher 12 months ago.
“The Albury business is successful and we have wanted to replicate that in Wodonga for years but we needed the right location,” he said.
“When this location next to the 7-Eleven came up, we jumped at it.
“We were lucky to get such a big site, so it’s easy to drive in and easy to drive out.
“There’s plenty of vacuums for everyone and a dog wash too.”
Mr Crowe said he believed the secret to their success was the great service.
“We are big on service, we always have staff on to greet customers, put the precoat on and guide them through,” he said.
“Our goal is to make sure that everyone comes out with a perfect wash.”
The business is open 24 hours, seven days a week.
